"This app used to work, but they changed it and now it doesn't. I used to sign in with my phone number. Now it wants an email address. When I do "forgot password", it says it doesn't exist. But if I create an account it says the v phone number is already used (which it is for my account). When I fill out a complaint form, it has a required field that says check the box, but you can only see the top of the box and it won't let you click it. Totally useless!"
